PIA recently added “Informed Delivery” as a delivery option for direct mail campaigns that PIA members create through the PIA Direct Marketing Vault.

Informed delivery allows users to receive digital previews of scanned images of mail, engaging users through an integrated mail and digital marketing campaign. This new feature was created due to the demand of consumers who prefer digital interaction.

According to the January 2020 Informed Delivery User Survey, consumers stated the feature provided them with numerous benefits that include:

  • Convenience & Early Action
  • Visibility & Security
  • Access While Away

Through the PIA DMV, PIA members access a marketing portal through which they can select the types of people they would like to market to. They can then customize postcard designs PIA has created for members or create their own postcard designs. These designs can then be extended to digital advertising as well. One Brand, PIA’s partner for the PIA DMV, then prints and mails the postcards and places your agency’s digital advertising for you. All you need to do is handle the incoming leads.
